Coeliac Disease<\/strong>
While our restaurant is not specifically certified for coeliac disease, we are pleased to offer some accommodations. We can prepare certain dishes separately and store special food items, either provided by the hotel or brought by guests. Additionally, we offer two types of gluten-free pasta, bread, and desserts. Please note, however, that our kitchen is not certified and may not be suitable for individuals with severe coeliac disease (e.g., those who experience symptoms from airborne gluten contamination).<\/span><\/p>\n
