LE RESTAURANT
Le restaurant de l’hôtel se trouve dans la structure centrale et se caractérise par une cuisine maison traditionnelle, soignée par de jeunes chefs nés sur l’île, Dario et Simone.
Notre menu propose aux hôtes des recettes issues de la tradition elbaine et toscane, ainsi que des plats typiques italiens et internationaux.
COELIAC DISEASE: despite our restaurant not specialising in food for people with coeliac disease, we are glad to inform you that we can cook some dishes separately and store special food. The hotel also offers two different types of pasta, bread and desserts for people with coeliac disease. However, our kitchen is not certified and hence not suitable for people with severe disease (i.e. when only an aerial contamination is sufficient to create serious symptoms).
