Our restaurant offers a cuisine prepared with homemade dishes by our chef Dario and Simon, both of them have been born and grew up on the island of Elba.
They serve menus according to Elban tradition mixed with Tuscan dishes and with the typical flavors of the Italian cuisine alternating with international dishes.
COELIAC DISEASE: despite our restaurant not specialising in food for people with coeliac disease, we are glad to inform you that we can cook some dishes separately and store special food. The hotel also offers two different types of pasta, bread and desserts for people with coeliac disease. However, our kitchen is not certified and hence not suitable for people with severe disease (i.e. when only an aerial contamination is sufficient to create serious symptoms).
